Eligibility Criteria
The Students Must be at least 17 years of age at The Time of Apply
The candidate must be India Citizen
The Candidate Should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in English and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the qualifying examination (as per MCI Regulations 1997).

The Application form can be obtained by Cash Payment from counter of the Accounts Department, Christian Medical College Hospital on cash payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) . Combined prospectus cum application form can be obtained from designated branches of The Federal Bank Ltd. (given as Annexure III), by paying Rs. 1100/- (cash only) till 22nd April 2009.
